Information this site collects
The public site does not run a contact form, set cookies, use analytics, create user accounts, or store information in a browser database. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. If you purchase, Stripe processes payment, billing, business, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms and provides Forhemit with the transaction and customer details needed to deliver the engagement. If you become a buyer, we also process intake answers, scope decisions, project communications, access records, and delivery evidence.
Messages sent to the disclosed AI intake inbox may be automatically screened for relevance and used to prepare or send bounded qualification replies. Inquiry content is not used to train AI models. Human review is required before any commercial commitment, checkout sharing, or project acceptance.
The disclosed AI phone line identifies itself as AI and states that calls are not recorded. The assistant is configured with recording, application logging, packet capture, and stored transcripts disabled. Vapi and telephone carriers may still process ordinary connection metadata such as telephone numbers, call time, duration, status, and service cost to route and operate the call. The voice channel creates no retained qualification record; use the guarded email channel for written follow-up.
How information is used

- Qualify, contract, bill, deliver, support, and document an engagement
- Protect the site, payment process, buyers, and Forhemit from misuse or fraud
- Meet accounting, tax, dispute, and other applicable legal obligations
Security boundary
Do not send or email passwords, credentials, secrets, private keys, production tokens, sensitive source code, or personal data. Qualified buyers receive instructions for least-privilege access through their approved repository and staging systems. Production access is outside the default scope.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure and professional service providers, such as Vercel for hosting, Google for business email, Stripe for payment, Vapi and telephone carriers for the disclosed AI phone line, and advisers required to operate or protect the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Unsuccessful fit-check correspondence is normally retained for up to 90 days unless continued communication, security, or law requires longer. Buyer contract, payment, accounting, and delivery records are retained for the period reasonably required for service, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. Authorized project access should be revoked after handover.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information, stop sales communication, or explain what we hold. Applicable law may provide additional rights. We honor opt-outs immediately, subject to records we must retain for legal or transaction purposes.
Changes
Material changes will be dated on this page. This notice does not replace the privacy terms of Stripe, Google, Vercel, or a buyer's own project systems.
